HelpDeskTV v2.0 Website Now Online

Nov 23, 2011 No Comments by

We are pleased to announce the updated website design of HelpDeskTV to a newer, cleaner, less congested look.

“We’ve made it much more pleasing to the eye’s” says Rudy Stebih, Founder of HelpDeskTV. “In addition, we’ve simplified the menuing system, added search capabilities, and with the new Tag Cloud you will be able to find what you’re looking for faster”.

The upgrades took longer than expected as we toyed with a couple of design elements and more drastically, flopped back and forth on article provisioning system that would allow us to deliver content in the most efficient  way possible.  This meant some very late nights as we organized articles back and forth to determine which delivery system worked best.

The other noticeable change to the new website, is that we found the donation system to be less than effective. So we have eliminated the donation system in favor of advertising spots located throughout the new website in hopes of increasing the monetization appeal.

All in all we are very pleased with the new look and feel and we hope you do to.  With the release of this new website, we have scripted 100 new tutorials that we are now currently producing and will begin availability in the first week of December.  Look for some new categories to be added as well.
